💬What it is
A chat assistant on this page that can answer common resident questions and hand you over
to a human housing advisor when it can't help.
📍Where to find it
Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the
page. Click it to open the chat.
✅How to test it
- Click the chat icon, bottom-right.
- Ask a typical question, e.g. "How do I report a repair?"
- Try something it shouldn't know — check it hands off to a human sensibly.
- Note anything confusing, wrong, or slow.
